We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Avid by IHG. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information
• Ensure compliance with IHG Hotels & Resorts brand standards
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications
• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (PMS experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable and punctual
• Knowledge in Opera PMS (Preferred)

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness
and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience that keeps visitors returning. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute directly to the overall guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of our hospitality facility.

Duties
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to
ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms,
and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens
and guest clothing as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces and floors
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks to promote a hygienic environment for guests and staff

Qualifications
• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles is
highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
• Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, demonstrating
familiarity with professional cleaning standards
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery in
custodial tasks
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
